Making the first transfer
To make a transfer, the sender needs to register — it’s free and only takes a few minutes. Please provide personal data exactly as stated in your identification documents. Your data will be verified during the identity verification process. Once registered, you can start using the service immediately.
In your MeestPay account, add BLIK payment or a bank card that you will use for transfers. Create a recipient you want to send money to (provide the full name, and payment card number), then select the currency and indicate transfer amount. The calculator will automatically display the exchange rate and commission. Your transfer is ready to send — authorize the transaction!
The process is very simple and convenient, the money will immediately reach the recipient!
Receiving a transfer to a bank card
Transfers are credited to Visa and Mastercard cards issued by banks in countries supported by MeestPay, in currencies available by the service.
Each transfer is usually credited to the recipient’s card instantly after authorization. In some cases, the recipient’s bank may require additional time to process the payment.
You can check the status of each transfer in the “Transaction History” section of your user account.

Make money transfers even faster in a convenient application
Verification 
Identity verification is mandatory for all MeestPay users. It is carried out in real time by providing an identity document and completing a selfie verification. In some cases, additional documents may be required to finalize the verification or complete the transaction.
All provided information is stored in encrypted form with full confidentiality and security and is used exclusively for customer identity verification purposes. Your data will not be used for any other purpose.
In most cases, the process takes only a few minutes. However, due to verification complexity, in exceptional cases it may take up to 48 hours.
Service fee and limits
The transfer fee is paid by the sender and is added to the transfer amount. The fee is shown in the calculator and depends on the recipient’s country, payout method, and selected currencies. The final fee amount can be checked in the customer account.
Available limits: up to 600 USD per transfer, up to 2,000 USD within 24 hours, and up to 10,000 USD within 30 days (or equivalent in the selected transfer currency).
MeestPay does not limit the number of transfers you can make.
Transfer execution time
We guarantee that each sent transfer will be paid to the recipient’s card within 5 seconds from the moment of its execution. In some cases, the beneficiary’s bank may take longer to process the payment. You can clarify the reasons for the delay by contacting us.
Pay attention to the limits set by the issuing banks on the sender's and recipient's cards. In case of refusal to make a transfer, contact the bank to increase the limit for online payments.
